  • What is your delivery policy?

An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.(Note: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.) Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation email. (Not available for in-store orders unless email address is submitted.) Orders cannot be expedited. bookrent.in Web site and Mobile Application businesses are operated within the contiguous India for customers within the India and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses.bookrent.in delivers to street addresses in the contiguous India only. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier.

  • What are my delivery options?

You can have your items delivered to your home or office, or you can have them delivered to one of our bookrent retail stores, where you can pick them up.

  • How much does it cost to have something delivered?

There will be nominal charges applied on delivery of product and return of the same product. Delivery charges will be decided by bookrent authority and those charges are subject to change.

  • Can I purchase multiple items at the same time but have them shipped separately?

Unfortunately, no. That said, we might ship your items separately based on availability, or if they're coming from multiple suppliers. If you don't want all your items at the same time, we suggest putting in separate orders.

  • I live right near a Staples Retail store. Can they just deliver my order?

While bookrent does not deliver products directly from the store, we provide fast and free delivery when you order at the in-store kiosk, when you order on the phone. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability. You will be advised of the expected date of delivery at the time you place your order.

  • Can I place an order online and pick it up in a retail store, rather than having it delivered to my home or office?

Yes you can.you must call our representative and inform us in advance and you can collect your product from our retail partners or bookrent stores.

  • If I place an order online and pick it up in a Staples retail store, is there a fee?

No, there is not.

  • Can I just pay the deliveryman for my order?

We do accept C.O.D payment and if your order is eligible for C.O.D then yes,you will be paying order amount (written on product packaging) to deliveryman.

  • Can I place an order on bookrent.in for delivery outside the India?

bookrent.in Web site and Indian retail businesses are operated within the contiguous India for customers within the India and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. bookrent.in only delivers to street addresses in the contiguous India.

  • What happens if my item arrived and it was defective?

We apologize for that inconvenience. visit bookrent.in website or Mobile Application to learn about your options for returning an item. And don't worry: If you're returning a defective item, we'll refund your shipping charges.
